Whoo Hooo!!

Well back at it again.  I promise to not leave until I reach my goal!  It has been a great day.  I feel like a brand new person.  Did a 20 min Zumba workout on the PS3.  It is a small start, but hey it is a start.  I weighed in today at 194.  Not proud but I will get it down.

My measurements for the week are as follows:

Neck:  14.5
Waist:  36.25
Hips:  47.25
Thighs:  28.25

These measurements will be updated weekly along with pictures of my progress.  Going to do a Windsor Pilates workout this evening.  Also going to order a heart rate monitor so I can accurately know how I am doing.

My weight goal for the end of this month is to be at 190.  So cheers, here is to a great and productive week!
